Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using FingrSnap for any service need or registering to provide any service. By accessing or using the Site or by using the Service (defined below), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set forth below including any additional guidelines and future modifications. If at any time you do not agree to these terms and conditions or do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use FingrSnap and immediately terminate your use of the services.

Definitions

  • "You", "your", "Consumer" and "yours" are references to you, the person accessing our Mobile Application or our website or by phone and ordering any Goods or Services from any channel of Aasaan Services Solutions Pvt Ltd. (hereafter 'Aasaan', 'We' or 'Us')

  • "Company", "We", "us", "our", "Aasaan", "FingrSnap" and "Aasaan Services" are references to the Company; which owns and operates the Aasaan Services Solutions Pvt Ltd for the delivery of Products and Services listed of certain "Participant Vendors", "merchant", "vendor" etc. i.e. We don't own, produce, manufacture, process or treat any of the Products/Services listed at our Website, Mobile App or mentioned to you by phone but act as an intermediary between you and the Participant Vendor, merchant, shop. The Company shall only provide a platform under Aasaan Services Solutions Pvt Ltd.

  • "Service" or "Services" shall mean the service of providing the facility of interface(Mobile, Website, Phone) for placing the order for the Goods and of providing delivery of the Goods by Aasaan.

  • "Participating Vendor", "merchant", "vendor" etc. is a third party, which will prepare/pack/process/brand/treat/service/deliver the Goods and has further engaged the Company to provide its platform for the ordering of the Goods using the Mobile Application.

  • In certain cases, FingrSnap enables third party delivery partners to help out "Participating vendor" to fulfill the order.

Terms & Conditions for Vendors

  • FingrSnap is a service provider company that works with a team of independent service provider registered on its network. A service provider is registered on our network only after he qualifies our quality parameters, and we regularly monitors the quality of the service provider, FingrSnap does not take responsibility for the work done by the independent service provider.

Things TO DO At client site

  • At any case Vendor/Employee has no right to communicate with the Customer directly. They only need to follow the channel of FingrSnap, our representative will communicate further.

    Vendor/His employee takes full responsibility of extra part that may be required to provide a solution for the problem and charge as per the market price.

    Before starting the work, Vendor must intimate the FingrSnap representative and the customer if there is increase from the estimated cost.

    Vendor must provide the bill to the Customer of any part, if he has purchased from his own.

    On schedule complaint if the vendor failed to visit/or didn't making in time, it was his sole responsibility to intimate the customer & the Company.

ESTIMATE

  • An estimate is given by vendor before starting the work because the nature and scope of the work is uncertain because of concealed conditions, difficulty in assessing problems to be encountered or resolved, or difficulty in determining the means or methods of best accomplishing the work.

    If it appears that the cost of the work will likely and substantially exceed the amount of the estimate, Vendor need to articulate the FingrSnap and the customer before staring the work.

Cost of the Work

  • Negotiation and all other work will be done by Vendor, but Vendor needs to inform FingrSnap and the customer the final price before starting the work.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is received by Vendor and the same will be informed to FingrSnap, so that FingrSnap can provide an online or physical bill to the customer based on customer's convenience. Bill provided will be inclusive of all taxes.

SCHEDULING

  • Complaints will be scheduled by the company over a call or a SMS or will send via APP, if vendor accept the issue then it is his sole responsibility to visit that complaint.

    If you arrive at the job site only to decide the estimate cost of the work and the owner is agree to pay for the expense of such a nonproductive trip i.e Mandatory Rs. 100 that will be taken by vendor.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The Company shall not be held liable or responsible for any damage or defect resulting from work done by the vendor. Vendor holds the complete responsibility for it.

    Only verified nationalized documents owner will be send to the Customer's house.
    Anything wrong done by the vendor's employees on the customer/client site is the sole responsibility of vendor. Company is not responsible for any wrong done by vendor or his employee at the client site.

WARRANTY

  • Any Part changed by Vendor, holds the complete responsibility for that. The vendor/merchant will need to provide 3 Months warranty for the work done by him.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

  • Vendor/Merchant need provide any of the following documents for the KYC procedure of his complete employees who will be visiting at customer door on FingrSnap's complaints:

    Identity Proof: Passport, Pan Card, Voter's Identity Card, Driver's License, Aadhaar Card

    Address Proof: Passport, Driver's License, Landline Bill, Bank Account Statement, Electricity Bill, and Ration Card

Vendor Publicity

  • Vendor has no authority to promote his own business during FingrSnap complaint. If any of his executive shared his/own or Vendor's number with the customer this contract can be terminated.

TERMINATION

  • Without prejudice to any term and condition in this Agreement, you are entitled to terminate this Agreement.

    The Company is entitled to terminate this Agreement and delete your account and/or information from the Website with immediate effect and by written notice for the following reasons:

    i. If the Company has reason to believe that you are engaging in fraudulent practices;
    ii. If the Company has reason to believe that you are engaging in activities that may incur criminal liability or investigation;
    iii. If the Company has reason to believe that you are not providing any good or service in a professional manner or such delivery of good or service does not meet the reasonable expectations of any Consumer (including but not limited to you receiving consistently poor or bad service feedback on the Website/Social Media);
    iv. For any other reasonable ground where the interests of the Company or any other third parties may be prejudiced or adversely affected.

AMENDMENT

  • The Company shall have the right, to change or add to the terms of its Agreement at any time, and to change, delete, discontinue, or impose conditions on any feature or aspect of Website and Services (including but not limited to Internet based services, pricing, technical support options, and other product-related policies) upon notice by any means the Company determines in its discretion to be reasonable, including posting information concerning any such change, addition, deletion, discontinuance or conditions in Website or on any Company sponsored web site.

Disputes & Remedy

  • All disputes, including a labor and material mans’ lien, unless settled between the parties, shall be decided according to the Mandatory Arbitration Rules of Delhi High Court.

Terms & Conditions for Customers

  • We provide 7 days repairing warranty respective to the item and particular issue that has got resolved through FingrSnap

  • Customer calling to FingrSnap for availing any kind of services has to contact us directly on our call center number in case of any discrepancy, else Aasaan Services will not be responsible in any manner.

  • Once you contact directly to the service provider who has come to resolve your query, FingrSnap will not be responsible in any manner for any issues or discrepancies.

  • As we work in unorganized sector, some service providers like Plumbers, Carpenters and others may not be able to provide you bills or receipt on the same day, in that case Aasaan Services will provide the soft or hard copy of the bill as desired by the Customer.

  • Service tax will be applicable as per Government norms.

  • Terms and conditions are subject to change as per the sole discretion of FingrSnap
